Holding an event and need a food stall?
We welcome event applications from the following groups: •community and charity groups •commercial event organisers •promotion, road shows and media event organisers •fairs and circuses. If you feel your event does not fit into any of the above categories please call the events team, we will be happy to discuss this with you. Please note that we require a minimum of 3 months prior to the event date to be able to process your application. We are currently not accepting any applications for January 2013 and can only process small event applications for February 2013. However, we are taking applications for 2013. Fees and payments Hiring the Gypsy Hamburger Wagon to an event will incur fees. Fees are charged based on the nature of your group, the size of your event, and the nature of your event. The processing application fee is a set, one-off charge to process your application, however other fees will vary. Processing booking application fee Set, non-refundable fees to process your application as of March 2013: •Community and charity groups - R 350.00 •Commercial event organisers - R 1350.00 •Promotion, road shows and media event organisers - R 1350.00 •Fun fairs and circuses - R 1350.00 The Gypsy Hamburger Wagon, is financed and sponsored by Blood & Fire MC, and is available to any rally or event that maybe taking place countrywide.
